Terms and Conditions
| Artwork |
We understand that most of our customers are not graphic artists or screen printers. We allow 30 minutes to prepare artwork for printing. In the event that your artwork takes longer than 30 minutes you will be billed at a rate of $35/ hour. We will inform you of any art charges before they are incurred.

| Trademarks, Patents and Licensed Artwork |
Customer is solely responsible for all laws and agreements regarding trademarks, patents, licenses, rights of privacy, or similar rights or protections. All copy, design, layout, photography, artwork, or other material submitted by the customer to the distributor must be in full compliance with all laws applying to trademarks, service marks, patents, licenses, rights or privacy, or simular rights or protection. All licensed artwork requires a written release, customer is responsible for all licensed artwork.

| Production Time |
Production time varies for different projects. We strive to meet all customers deadlines. However, we cannot be responsible for delays in shipment of apparel to us. Timetables do not begin until all art approvals have been made.

| Proofs |
Proofs of artwork must be signed before production begins. The initial proof is free, however, changes and additional proofs may require additional time and charges.

| Terms |
All orders are COD unless other arrangements have been made prior to production. Orders over $100.00 require a 50% deposit when the order is placed. |
